Teaching:

1. Networking teaching materials and test bank.


2. Enhancing make-up teaching.


3. Providing auditory and visual aids for language teaching and computerization of document processing.


4. Cultivating student’s abilities in thinking, organizing and analyzing.


5. Examining coursework for each division.


6. Computerizing and networking teaching process.


7. Integrating resources in each laboratory and using information  technology for teaching.

Research:

1. The faculty members are encouraged together to file applications to National Science Council (NSC) for academic research projects in applied fields.


2. They are also inspired to submit research papers to the Department of Education for promotion of the ranks.


3. The students are instructed to write comments, reports or papers to increase their expression abilities.
